Functieprofiel vacature Functioneel Tester
Als Tester ben je verantwoordelijk voor het gehele proces van de testuitvoering. Hierbij houd je je bezig met het opstellen van testcases en testscenario’s, de zelfstandige testuitvoering, het controleren en beoordelen van de testresultaten, het schrijven van rapportages en handleidingen van releases en buildnotes en het beschrijven van processen. Als Functioneel Tester werk je veel samen met de support desk en de afdeling productontwikkeling. Je communiceert richting de afdelingen en gebruikers om ze met je kennis te adviseren en ondersteunen.

Functie-eisen

• Afgeronde HBO opleiding richting ICT;
• 1 tot 3 jaar relevante werkervaring;
• Ervaring met testautomatisering en testcase management tools;
• Goede communicatieve en sociale vaardigheden;
• Goed analytisch denkvermogen;
• Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal in woord en geschrift;
• Proactief met een zelfstandige werkhouding;
• Kennis van REMS, TMap en Citratest is een pré.

Als implementatie consultant ben je verantwoordelijk voor de implementatie van de Ultimo business software bij onze klanten (op locatie en vanuit ons kantoor). Indien je houdt van afwisselend en uitdagend werk, dan is dit de functie die bij jou past. Je hebt te maken met een zeer diverse klantengroep en je voert verschillende projecten op zelfstandige wijze van A tot Z uit.

Afhankelijk van je expertise wordt je ingedeeld in het facilitaire, healthcare, maintenance of het infrateam. Je creativiteit komt zeer goed van pas bij de toepassing van zowel bedrijfskundige als technische ICT-vaardigheden. Zet je bedrijfskundige vaardigheden in om het project van begin tot eind succesvol te laten verlopen, waarbij het belangrijk is om een juiste vertaalslag te maken tussen de bedrijfsprocessen van de klant en de mogelijkheden van de software. Zet je technische vaardigheden (realisatie van database conversies, configuratie van schermlayouts, opstellen/inrichten van workflows, etc.) in om de daadwerkelijke implementatie uit te voeren. Hierbij kun je het standaard product customizen naar een tailor made oplossing. Je projecten voer je uit met behulp van de in eigen beheer ontwikkelde implementatiemethodiek U&I² (gebaseerd op PRINCE2™).

Na een intensieve inwerkperiode verricht je het grootste deel van je werk op locatie bij de klant, maar we streven ernaar dat je minimaal een dag per week op kantoor werkt om de onderlinge band te versterken en te leren van je collega’s. Je krijgt de beschikking over een auto van de zaak.

De functie ICT Systeembeheerder (Medior):
Voor deze functie zoeken wij een enthousiaste medewerker met verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en een flinke dosis flexibiliteit. Als ICT Systeembeheerder ondersteun je de ICT afdeling en ben je aanspreekpunt voor collega’s met vragen bij ICT-gerelateerde problemen/storingen. Je biedt hulp bij problemen op locatie van de 20 bioscopen en/ het hoofdkantoor te Amersfoort. Concreet betekent dit dat je ondersteunend bent aan de 1e en 2e-lijns helpdesk bij vragen o.a. m.b.t. ons automatiseringssysteem Compeso en digitale projectie (2D en 3D). Daarnaast ben je verantwoordelijk voor de diverse hardware systemen, netwerkverbindingen, internet verhuizingen en bied je hulp bij digitale film apparatuur. Uiteraard zul je begrijpen dat het een functie betreft waarbij onregelmatige werktijden kunnen voorkomen. Je vindt het dan ook geen probleem bij eventuele storingen in de bioscopen buiten werktijd beschikbaar en/of telefonisch bereikbaar te zijn.

Als Systeembeheerder ben je verantwoordelijk voor het beheer van de hard- en software en het inventariseren van de wensen van de gebruikers (onze medewerkers). Als echte specialist los je complexe 1e en 2e en 3e lijn problemen op en rapporteer je aan de ICT Manager. Om deze functie goed in te kunnen vullen heb je kennis nodig van Cisco netwerkomgevingen, VMWare 5, VOIP, MSSQL, Hardware (HP) en asset management (ITIL niveau).

Proactieve houding en flexibel ingesteld (inzetbaar buiten kantoortijden en weekenden).

Onze nieuwe collega herkent zich in het volgende profiel:

• Je hebt een MBO/HBO werk- en denkniveau en minimaal 5 jaar aantoonbare ervaring in een soortgelijke functie.
